Delete your account

You can delete your Chartapir account at any time, from inside the app. Deletion is permanent: it removes your account, your projects, your uploaded spreadsheets and the videos made from them.

From the app

Open Chartapir on your iPhone.
Go to Settings.
Choose Delete account, and confirm.

The request is recorded immediately. Deletion runs across both of the systems that hold your data, and you will receive confirmation when it completes.

Owner sign-off needed. Two things on this page are commitments rather than descriptions: how long deletion takes, and what, if anything, is retained afterwards for legal or billing reasons. Neither is stated here yet, and neither should be until it matches what the pipeline actually does and what the privacy policy says.

If you cannot reach the app

If you have lost access to the device or the app will not open, email [email protected] from the address on the account and we will handle it for you.

We ask you to start deletion in the app because that is the only place we can be certain the request is yours. A form on this page that accepted any email address would let a stranger learn whether you have an account, which is worse for you than the extra step.

What about the waitlist?

The waitlist is separate from an account and holds only an email address. To be removed from it, email [email protected] and it is deleted outright.
